Vegan cashew tofu with hoisin sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • Tofu (100-150)
  • Avocado soy sauce
  • Cornstarch
  • Rice vinegar
  • Soy sauce (or tomari)
  • Green onion
  • 2/3 pieces of garlic
  • Roasted salted cashew 50-100 g
  • Sesame oil
  • Rice
  • Broccoli (1)

PREPARATION

  1. Tofu. Dry the tofu, tear it up in small pieces. Mix avocado soy sanuce and cornstarch and cover the tofu with it. Then spread the tofu on a pin and put it in the oven at ? degrees. After 10 minutes, turn the pieces upside down, till they get golden and crispy.
  2. Hoisin sauce. Put together in a small pin: hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, soy sauce or tamari (gluten free), cornstarch, water and mix it till they combine.
  3. Mix together. Take a pin, add some oil, green onions (the white part) and garlic and heat till garlic get gold and grispy, and then add the tofu, then add the poisson sauce. Cook mid-heat till it’s glossy. then add some salted cashew. Add the green part of the green onions and sesame oil.
  4. Rice. Cook some rice with broccoli and add all together.
